Terms and Conditions for Premises For You

Welcome to Premises For You. By booking a stay at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information

2. Booking & Reservations
Minimum stays are 2 Nights
Reservations are accepted via Airbnb or other approved platforms only.
Guests must be at least 18 years old or legal age to book a stay.
Bookings are confirmed upon receiving full payment. Rates may vary depending on the dates and availability.
3. Payment/Fees & Discounts
All payments must be processed via bank transfers or over the phone to one of our colleagues, which includes applicable taxes and service fees.
Additional fees apply for special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, pet accommodations).
Weekly Discounts: Hosts may offer a discount if you book for 7 nights or more. These discounts typically range from 5% to 20%, depending on the host.
Monthly Discounts: For stays of 28 nights or more, hosts might offer even deeper discounts, usually ranging from 10% to 50%, though this can vary widely
4. Security Deposit:
Many Airbnb hosts require a security deposit, which is a refundable amount charged to cover any damages or violations of house rules during your stay.
How it works: The host set a specific deposit amount which is 20% added to your total amount required for your stay, and the host will place a hold on your payment method. However, this is not charged unless the host files a claim after the stay (for example, if there's damage to the property).
Refund: If no issues arise, the security deposit is released within 24 hours of your checkout, though this may vary depending on the host and any damage assessments.
5. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 14 days before arrival will result in a 100% refund. Cancellations made 7 days before arrival will result in 50% refund.
For non-refundable bookings, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your situation.
6. House Rules
Guests agree to abide by the following house rules during their stay:
No Parties/Events/Gatherings.
No smoking inside the property.
Maximum occupancy 5 people.
No pets unless previously agreed upon.
Guests must dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Guests must respect the privacy and safety of neighbors.
Any damage to property or excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in a charge.
7. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is [12pm], and Check-out time is [12pm].
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Guests will receive instructions for check-in 24 hours prior to arrival. It is the guest's responsibility to follow these instructions.
8. Safety & Security
Cameras are installed outside the property for safety purposes
For your safety, smoke detectors, noise detectors and first-aid kits are provided in the property.
Guests are responsible for securing the property when leaving by locking doors and windows.
The host is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
9. Liability
The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs on the premises.
Guests agree to hold the host harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the property.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
By booking a stay, guests consent to the collection and processing of personal data as required for the booking and check-in process.
The host agrees not to share any guest information with third parties unless required by law or as necessary to complete the reservation process.
11. Property Access
The host or property manager may need to enter the property during the stay for maintenance, emergency repairs, or to inspect the premises. The host will provide reasonable notice to guests unless there is an emergency.
12. Indemnity
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their stay or actions at the property.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the guest and the host should first be addressed directly through communication.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the parties may seek mediation or arbitration, as appropriate under local laws.
14. Changes to Terms
The host reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the property’s listing page and are effective immediately upon posting.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Royal Courts of Justice, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Royal Courts of Justice.
